By downloading, installing, or using No Plastic Swap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@noplasticswap.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
No Plastic Swap uses artificial intelligence to analyze products and suggest eco-friendly alternatives. These results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, health, or environmental advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
No Plastic Swap offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Premium"). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
By submitting product images, descriptions, or other content through the App, you grant No Plastic Swap a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.
All content, branding, design, and software in the App are the property of No Plastic Swap and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without express written permission.
The App may display links to third-party websites or products. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Plastic Swap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property matters.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless No Plastic Swap, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
